With the evolution of traditional industry to knowledge industry and from the requirement of physical labor to mental capabilities the world has changed a lot in few years. Similarly where, before, the health issues faced were mostly of physical nature today the problems faced are more complex. People today are though physically fit but are mentally disturbed. Several different forms of depressions are surfacing and very few know how to cope up with them. The reasons are many:
- Innate depression or inborn mental disorders
- Anxiety Disorders
- Emotional Instability
- Situational Sensitivity
- Conditional Depression
Most people having such disorders appear normal and thus are not diagnosed with illness which means that they suffer in silence. Some who do realize the issue avoid going to psychiatrist, whereas, in some cultures consulting a psychiatrist is considered unhealthy and becomes a question of status quo. Being an active part of society it is every ones duty to make sure that none around us feels left out, starting from our families and friends we should keep a vigilant eye all over so that loved ones can be helped in their time of dismay.
